 Lauren is a kind, friendly, and incredibly hardworking member of the Lotus Allied Health team. She is deeply passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of those around her, both professionally and personally.

Lauren is highly driven and brings a strong sense of purpose to her work. She values building genuine, trusting relationships and takes pride in supporting individuals to achieve their goals, enhance their independence, and improve their overall quality of life. Her compassionate approach, combined with her strong work ethic, allows her to provide thoughtful, client-centred support in every interaction.

 Olivia is a friendly and passionate Occupational Therapist who values building strong, collaborative relationships with participants and their support networks. With 5 years of experience across the hospital space and working within the NDIS, she is committed to making people feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their therapy journey.

Alongside her community‑based work, Olivia also supports students with additional needs at a local school. She enjoys blending her skills across both community and school environments, helping participants achieve meaningful, consistent outcomes in their everyday lives.
